How do I place an order?

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking as early as possible during summer, as demand is high. That said, we can often accommodate next-day orders and sometimes same-day in certain areas — call us to check.

Can I extend my hire?

Yes. Contact us before your hire end date and we'll arrange an extension, subject to availability. We'll adjust your invoice accordingly.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 48 hours before your delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please call us to discuss.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes. For Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland, please call us to discuss delivery options and timescales.

How quickly can you deliver?

Next-day delivery is available on most orders placed before 2pm. Same-day delivery may be available in some areas — call us to check. Standard delivery is 2–3 working days.

Is collection included in the price?

Yes. Collection is always free and included in your hire price. We'll arrange a convenient collection time before your hire ends.

Do I need to be present for delivery?

Someone will need to be present to receive the unit and sign for delivery. If this isn't possible, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.

Do I need to install anything?

No permanent installation is required. Our units are fully portable. You'll need to position the exhaust hose near a window or external door using the window kit we provide.

What power supply do I need?

Most of our residential and commercial units run from a standard 13-amp UK socket. Industrial units may require three-phase power — we'll confirm this when you enquire.

Our residential units operate at 48–52dB — roughly equivalent to a quiet conversation. Our commercial units may be slightly louder. We can advise on the quietest options for your situation.

How much does it cost to run?

A typical 16,000 BTU unit costs approximately £0.50–£0.70 per hour at current energy rates. Larger units will cost more. Running costs depend on the unit size, room insulation, and how often the unit cycles.

That means every machine is built to deliver exceptional cooling performance from a remarkably compact footprint. You won't find our units anywhere else, and that's exactly the point.

What if the unit develops a fault?

Call us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement unit as quickly as possible — usually within 24 hours. We carry replacement stock specifically for this purpose.

Are the units cleaned between hires?

Yes. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned, serviced, and tested before each hire. We take equipment hygiene seriously.

What size unit do I need?

All our units start at 16,000 BTU, which is suitable for rooms up to 40 m². For larger or open-plan spaces, our 24,000 BTU unit covers up to 65 m². For warehouses and large commercial spaces, our industrial range goes up to 60,000 BTU. Call us and we'll advise on the right capacity for your space.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Do you offer invoice billing for businesses?

Yes. Invoice billing with 30-day payment terms is available for established business customers. Please contact us to set up a business account.

A refundable security deposit may be required on some orders, particularly for industrial units. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking and returned promptly after collection.
