No. Our units are fully portable and require no installation. You simply position the unit, attach the exhaust hose to a window or door, and plug it in.
How loud are the units?
Our residential units operate at under 52dB on standard settings — comparable to a quiet conversation. Sleep mode reduces noise further.
What size unit do I need?
All our units start at 16,000 BTU, which is suitable for rooms up to 40 m². For larger open-plan spaces, our 24,000 BTU unit is the right choice. If you're unsure, call us and we'll advise.
Can I extend my hire?
Yes — simply call or email us before your hire ends and we'll arrange an extension. Subject to availability.
