Position the unit
Place the unit in the room you want to cool, near a window or external door.
Attach the exhaust hose
Connect the exhaust hose to the unit and direct it out of the window using the included window kit.
Plug in and switch on
Connect to a standard 13-amp socket, set your desired temperature, and the unit will begin cooling immediately.

What if I need to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 48 hours before your delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes — contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery and we'll rearrange to a date that suits you.
What if the unit develops a fault?
Call us and we'll arrange a replacement unit as quickly as possible — usually within 24 hours. We carry replacement stock for exactly this reason.
Do I need to clean the unit before collection?
No — just ensure the unit is accessible for collection. We clean and service all units between hires.
